The path to Wild Wild Leads:
I joined the company in April '22. At that time the company had 15-17 people working in the company, I was offered the position of "account manager", but with the opportunity to grow to a buyer.

I dreamed of becoming a buyer and decided for myself that I would go that way.
The department was just being formed, and 3 more people were hired for the position of "account manager". After two weeks of work, it became clear that we needed a team leader. Among us made a contest "Who will be effective during the week, he will become a team leader". In the end, at the end of the week I was chosen to be the team leader of the department.

After 2 weeks, the management decided that the department needed a manager to improve the results. I was offered the position of "Head of Accounts Binding Department" and worked as a department head for a month.

The company changed the principle of work of the buyer, after which the management decided that it is necessary to move away from the binding of accounts and make their own "pharma" department and the department of "purchase and delivery"

I was transferred to the department of issuing accounts, and the guys with whom I worked, in the pharma department. Since the issuance department just appeared, it was a lot of difficulties in its construction. The department of "issuing accounts" and the department of "finance" made from scratch wallets, reporting tables, forms of account requests, telegam groups and so on. 

A month of intensive work passed, and we decided that we needed one more employee in the issuing department because the company was expanding, the number of employees was increasing, respectively the number of requests too. 

After 2 of us, we came up with a work schedule and increased the time of the working shift, I worked on the position of Team Leader of buying department until September, after the Head of buying department offered me to go out as assistant buyer for half a day, during the month I combined the two positions, it was not enough time and difficult, but I passed this period and became a little stronger.

In October, I was replaced in the dispensing department and I went to the full-time position of assistant buyer. I got in the assistant to a professional bayer who taught me a lot, but also demanded at that time seemed a lot, but coming out in the bayer, I realized that thanks to these requirements I developed in myself such qualities: discipline, planning, diligence, patience.

After six months of working as an assistant, I moved to baing. This way was difficult but useful, I strengthened my weaknesses and became stronger. Somewhere it seemed that luck was with me on Wild Vibe.
