HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and selection. Collaborate with department heads and team leads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience both for candidates and hiring managers.

Onboarding: collaborate with HR Administrator to ensure a smooth start for a newcomer, comfortable adaptation, and successful passing the probation period.

Internal Communications: foster clear and effective communication channels within the organization. Develop and implement strategies to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and updates.

Employee Relations: conduct regular 1-1s with individual contributors and managers to monitor the emotional climate across the organization, identify issues, and actively contribute to their solution.

Policy Creation: design, review, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal regulations and industry best practices. Ensure policies are communicated clearly and consistently to all employees.

Process Development: identify areas for improvement within the HR function and implement processes that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Employee Development: collaborate with managers to create and implement employee career development plans.

Performance Management: support managers in performance appraisal processes, guiding, setting goals, and conducting regular performance reviews.

Event Management: organize corporate events, team building activities, celebrations and greetings.

Offboarding: handle employee exits with sensitivity and professionalism. Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements based on exit data.

To achieve the results, you'll need:
- At least three years of experience in HR roles, focusing on full employee life-cycle management.
- Proven experience in the complete recruitment cycle, from job profiling to candidate selection.
- Fluent English.
- Experience creating an engaging atmosphere in an organization, employees’ engagement and eNPS evaluation, analysis of results, and implementation of changes.
- Experience of 1-1 with employees, working with their requests, proactive troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of internal communication strategies and tools.
- Track record in creating, implementing, describing, or changing HR policies and processes.
- Experience in conducting an audit of HR functions is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Support: Manage the onboarding process for new
hires, offering continuous feedback to improve the employee
- Immigration Assistance: Facilitate the immigration process for
eligible employees, collaborating with the People Team from offer
stage to onboarding.
- HR Initiative Development: Assist in researching, designing, and
developing HR initiatives.
- Employee Guidance: Provide professional advice to employees on
general queries and issues, ensuring alignment with Company
policies and procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to complaints, issues from
line managers, clients, and employees, implementing immediate
- Change Management: Address organisational changes,
employees' needs, complaints, and wishes, proactively creating
solutions to challenges.
- Policy and Toolkit Support: Aid the People Team in creating and
updating policies, templates, and toolkits to streamline People
- Process Coordination: Assist with local HR processes at the
employee level, such as annual performance reviews and salary
reviews, as per the People Team calendar.
- Probation Oversight: Monitor employee probation check-ins and
expirations, coaching line managers on conducting probation
meetings and escalating concerns to the People Team when
- Project Leadership: Contribute to and lead local People projects
and initiatives across various HR and business functions.
- HR System Management: Utilise the company's HR solution
system to support HR processes and data management.
- Offboarding and Talent Retention: Assist in managing the
offboarding experience, provide data-driven insights into leaving
trends, and propose recommendations to retain top talent.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Proven International experience in HR roles within large
companies with established structures is essential.
- Fluent in English (essential) and proficiency in Russian/Ukrainian
- Strong knowledge of the payments industry, fintech, AML and
regulatory compliance recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing priorities
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
