Ваш майбутній функціонал:

участь у розробці ІТ Стратегії;
прийняття глобальних технічних рішень;
внутрішній технічний арбітраж;
вибір технологій, які будуть використовуватися продуктовими та проектними командами;
оцінка цих технологій у плані фінансових та тимчасових витрат;
участь в оцінці тривалості та трудомісткості проектів;
участь у плануванні та побудові процесів розробки;
участь у виборі та впровадженні допоміжних систем для розробки та адміністрації;
експертні пропозиції щодо архітектури або конкретних технічних рішень;
управління технічними ризиками;
координація роботи департаментів з технічних питань;
технічні співбесіди;
участь у плануванні навчання співробітників;
технологічне лідерство у продуктових Agile командах та гільдіях розробників.

Наш кандидат має:

вищу освіту в галузі комп'ютерних наук або в суміжній галузі;
либокі технічні знання, знання архітектури, мікросервісної архітектури;
досвід в побудові всіх етапів розробки ПО, CI/CD;
досвід роботи з Agile командами – продуктовий підхід до розробки;
досвід роботи - не менше 8 років роботи на технологічній посаді та не менше 5 років управлінського досвіду;
володіння інженерними практиками;
продуктове мислення;
виняткові навички навчання та лідерства команд;
вміння ефективно делегувати повноваження;
бажано розуміння особливостей та трендів банківської галузі;
володіння англійською на рівні Advanced/Upper-Intermediate.

📈Your Responsibilities:

🔹 Collaborate closely with SEO, Product Manager, Support team, and other stakeholders on tasks;

🔹 Establish and ensure adherence to general technology standards and practices;
🔹 Improve project quality (implement technical mentoring, supervision, code reviews, etc. processes);

Solution Architect (Renewable energy Project)

- defining non-functional requirements, quality attributes and architectural drivers;
- system design and architecture;
- analyse possible project challenges and constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope;
- work with a software development team to ensure a defined architecture is properly implemented;
- acting as a bridge between the development team and the project stakeholders;

- cooperate with other architects and technology experts to produce solid architectural decisions;
- drive and coordinate technical staff discussions;
- ensuring best practices and standards, keeping up to date with technology trends;
- writing Proof of Concepts, making code reviews;
- knowledge sharing and growth of senior engineers.

Job requirements

Hard Skills:

- ability to plan, manage, and implement an IT strategy and a business strategy;
- ability to optimise the product development process (for example, using DevOps or Agile)
- understanding business analysis, project management and testing technics;
- knowledge of different architectural styles and patterns (Modular Monolith, SOA, Microservices, Event-driven, Serverless, etc);
- knowledge and ability to apply design patterns;
- ability to structure and maintain data, data and processes modelling (ERD, Activity, Sequence diagrams);
- working experience and deep understanding of at least 2 programming languages (JavaScript and Python are preferable);
- experience with AWS Cloud;

- experience in building scalable Microservice and Service-based architecture;
- working experience with DevOps culture and tools. Practice with at least 1 container orchestrator (Kubernetes, Nomad, etc).

Personal qualities:

- ability to identify a problem, analyse the information, and work on effective solutions quickly;
- ability to lead a development team;
- ability to present own vision and summarise all aspects of the decision;
- ability to focus on the result;
- ability to adapt to changes and solve problems.

- 1 hour general conversation with a Recruitment Partner;
- 1,5- hour technical interview with the Lead Solution Architect of the Company.
