Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
- You are experienced with the HRBP role.
- You have worked with most parts of the employee lifecycle having a strong understanding of Learning & Development processes and best practices.
- You can effectively manage stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment; have a great ability to build trust and credibility at all levels. You may bring experience from working with reorganizations, clarifying R&R and the associated change communication – but certainly, you have the experience, toolbox, and personality to build yourself a strong and credible platform to support our managers.

Role Objective:
The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for sourcing and selecting candidates and ensuring the quality of their onboarding process within the company, including the probationary period. He/she acts as a liaison (a kind of a People Partner) between new employees and their managers during the adaptation period.

What You’ll Do:
• Establishing and implementing the recruitment process within the company
