Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and LinkedIn, to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
Provide feedback to candidates and manage the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates with Chinese language proficiency for future recruitment needs.
Stay updated with market trends, industry news, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Role Objective:
