Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Support: Manage the onboarding process for new
hires, offering continuous feedback to improve the employee
experience.
- Immigration Assistance: Facilitate the immigration process for
eligible employees, collaborating with the People Team from offer
stage to onboarding.
- HR Initiative Development: Assist in researching, designing, and
developing HR initiatives.
- Employee Guidance: Provide professional advice to employees on
general queries and issues, ensuring alignment with Company
policies and procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to complaints, issues from
line managers, clients, and employees, implementing immediate
solutions.
- Change Management: Address organisational changes,
employees' needs, complaints, and wishes, proactively creating
solutions to challenges.
- Policy and Toolkit Support: Aid the People Team in creating and
updating policies, templates, and toolkits to streamline People
processes.
- Process Coordination: Assist with local HR processes at the
employee level, such as annual performance reviews and salary
reviews, as per the People Team calendar.
- Probation Oversight: Monitor employee probation check-ins and
expirations, coaching line managers on conducting probation
meetings and escalating concerns to the People Team when
necessary.
- Project Leadership: Contribute to and lead local People projects
and initiatives across various HR and business functions.
- HR System Management: Utilise the company's HR solution
system to support HR processes and data management.
- Offboarding and Talent Retention: Assist in managing the
offboarding experience, provide data-driven insights into leaving
trends, and propose recommendations to retain top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Proven International experience in HR roles within large
companies with established structures is essential.
- Fluent in English (essential) and proficiency in Russian/Ukrainian
(preferable).
- Strong knowledge of the payments industry, fintech, AML and
regulatory compliance recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing priorities
effectively.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
