Direct subordination to Country Manager.

Plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates the external communication programs and strategies for a Company at local level. 

Ensures effective networking and cooperation at the pharmaceutical environment (Ministry of Health, National Health Insurance Fund, APRaD, EEs etc.).                                         

Establishes strategic pharmaco-economic approaches to maintain the Company's competitive advantage and positive image.

Identifies channels to participate in national access governmental authorities’ decisions and selects the optimal mix of channels, programs, and materials.

Implements the company’s access strategy, aligning customer strategies with brand objectives in cooperation with regional corporate affairs management. Initiates and develops scientific and economic support materials for reimbursement application in Ukraine.

Implements and submits new price applications, updating company's product prices according to applicable laws. 

Participates as active member in the working groups organized within pharmaceutical industry.

Требования к соискателю

University degree. Life sciences, health economics, public health, economics, pharmacy, or medicine would be an advantage.

5+ years’ experience within the commercial area of pharmaceutical or health care industry with Corporate Affairs / Market Access experiences.

Expert in local healthcare systems, health economics, outcome research, pricing.

Advanced in English is a must.

Strong business acumen.

Skilled communicator and influencer with high level of active listening.

Innovative, intrapreneur and agile.
