Senior Game Designer

Requirements:

● Experienced game designer with over 3 years of expertise in-game mechanics, level design, game balancing, UI/UX, successful game business models, monetization psychology and strategy, and retention strategy

● Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and essential product metrics

● Skilled at predicting and analyzing the impact of product changes

● Proficient in designing in-game economies and creating comprehensive game design documents

● Demonstrates strong analytical and logical thinking, capable of dissecting problems into core variables and identifying their interconnections.

● Ability to think about the fun factor of the games in the earlier phases

● Level of English — Intermediate and higher

Responsibilities:

● Design in-game economy, features, mechanics, and game logic

● Prepare design documentation (GDD)

● Closely cooperate with team members

● Analyze functional launch results, key metrics, the formation of conclusions and improvement plans

● Identify potential problems/opportunities and generate hypotheses for enhancing the user experience through changes or new features

● Utilize data to validate hypotheses and present anticipated outcomes
