Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an SMM and community strategy that aligns with business goals;
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts and profiles of PeopleForce and Executive Team;
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc);
- Create and monitor the visual part of the blog (articles) and social media (by yourself or with a designer);
- Maintain a strong online presence for the brand, including responding to customer inquiries and comments, publishing in thematic groups and participating in conversations in thematic chats;
- Collaborate: Find strategic opportunities to promote and develop content in partnership with the HR community teams;
- Build and manage a community of brand advocates and loyal followers;
- Monitor and drive user-generated content (UGC);
- Monitor and develop reports regarding specific platform and channel analytics, and use these reports to create KPIs for social growth;
- Test and optimise creative, messaging, target audiences and placements to determine best practices and share with the wider business;
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in SMM with a focus on B2B segment (SaaS preferred);
- A portfolio with successful cases (experience working with foreign markets will be a plus);
- Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills;
- Solid knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube;
- Solid understanding of platform backends inc. Facebook business manager, Twitter studio etc, social monitoring and publishing/CMS platforms;
- Experience with Figma or other graphic design programs;
- A complete understanding of social media, new trends and how they can be used to drive impact, loyalty and engagement;
- Strong eye for detail and an ability to identify visual content that drives results;
- Fluent in English (B2 level and above) and in Ukrainian (oral and written);
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while remaining communicative;
