HR People Partner

We invite those who fired up to:
- Support employees throughout their life cycle (pre-boarding, onboarding, performance review, conducting 1-to-1 meetings, off-boarding);
- Work with teams from different locations and nationalities;
- Work with HRM system (adding new employees, making changes regarding employees, documents, etc.);
- Take part in interviews (evaluating soft skills, and alignment with corporate values);
- Support staff development, identify training needs, and participate in creating PDP (Personal Development Plan);
- Participate in identifying and resolving conflict situations.

Essential professional experience:
- 3+ years of experience in HR department (People Partner/HR Manager);
- Experience with employee lifecycle processes;
- English level at least Upper-Intermediate;
- Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and types of employee motivation;
- Experience with ATS/CRM/HRM systems;
- Work experience with Digital Marketing industry;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Desirable skills:
- Great communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.

- You are experienced with the HRBP role.
- You have worked with most parts of the employee lifecycle having a strong understanding of Learning & Development processes and best practices.
- You can effectively manage stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment; have a great ability to build trust and credibility at all levels. You may bring experience from working with reorganizations, clarifying R&R and the associated change communication – but certainly, you have the experience, toolbox, and personality to build yourself a strong and credible platform to support our managers.
- You are a great communicator who works easily with English as our corporate language and across nationalities and cultures.
- You hold a relevant degree, but more importantly, your experience has given you good insights into your strengths and how to deploy them most effectively.

You will report to the P&O director and become part of our Ukraine P&O team, and our global P&O community.
