Product Designer Job

YOU HAVE:

— 3+ years of UI/UX design experience;
— Strong portfolio that showcases your design work and solutions you've been designing;
— Experience in designing complex web interfaces in B2B, SaaS, and CRM-like systems;
— Solid experience with Figma and creation of detailed visual design for UI components and states;
— Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
— At least Intermediate level of English.

YOU WILL:

— Gather and evaluate design requirements with the Product Manager;
— Create user flows, wireframes, and mockups;
— Identify design problems and advise accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions;
— Maintain UI kit up-to-date.

As a Product Designer at Propertymate, you will:

- Collaborate daily with managers and software developers to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements of products.
- Get to know real users by conducting usability sessions to learn their pain points, identify areas for improvement in the product, and discover new opportunities.
- Data analysis, research, and hypothesis generation will be the best way to bring value to the user and improve the service.
- Entire design cycle: from data collection to creating a pixel-perfect user interface and development.
- Documentation is our priority.

Responsibilities:

- Contact is essential. To achieve the best results, we stand for close communication with stakeholders (content managers, product/project managers, developers, data analysts, business experts, and marketers).
- The solution is well presented, with arguments, visualization and what value it will bring - will be in development tomorrow.
- Take responsibility for research, UX, UI and testing: turning quantitative data and user testing into highly converting user experience and design solutions
- Take part in research activities alone or alongside other teammates.
- We are for iteration. Ship, measure, and improve your designs iteratively based on quantitative and qualitative feedback, as well as market trends and business goals.
- We are actively engaged in the Creation of detailed product documentation.
- It will be cool if you periodically share your knowledge with colleagues (topics are discussed).
- Mandatory English is written and spoken.

Requirements:

- Experienced Product Designer.
- Strategic and analytical thinking (if you have a design portfolio with real products and case studies, that will be great!).
- Interested in a real estate product.
- Experience with Figma and its prototyping capabilities (working with design systems and component libraries).
- Ability to work on multiple products in parallel and switch between different tasks.
- Ability to take a lead approach – initiate ideas, work independently, and manage your time efficiently.
- Experience in coordinating design processes with managers, engineers, researchers, and content managers to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch.
- Desire to learn new skills and expand your knowledge.
- Good conversational English to conduct user interviews, usability tests with English-speaking users and our US teammates.

One of our automotive client is in active search of a Senior UX Designer to join their team team of infotainment enthusiasts for a long-term basis at the office based in Sweden.

Senior UX Designer Automotive and Infotainment:

 You will be creating UX specifications in close collaboration with our customers, and ensure to add their flavor to our digital cockpit.

 The UX team is responsible for both high level UX concept and Visual design as well as low-level detailed design.

 You will work in close collaboration with stakeholder, customers and our product and UX teams in both Sweden and China during the entire project phase.

Competence level description:

At least 4-7 years of proffesional experience!

Skills Requirements:

 Experience within automotive and infotainment systems for cars are required.

 You have extensive professional experience in UX design, preferably within embedded system development (infotainment systems in).

 You have good knowledge of Figma.

 Experience of GUI development and prototyping is an advantage.

 You hold a professional degree in UX, HMI, graphics design or similar.

 You have full professional proficiency in English.
