Chief financial officer jobs

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Financial planning for the group of the companies;
•Financial risks assessment and analyzing;
•Budget planning and budget reviewing for the group of the companies;
•Planning, managing, and monitoring of cash flow and expenses;
•Analyzing and reporting on financial performance in timely manner;
•Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and develop financial solutions;
•Tax planning for the group of the companies;
•Assessment of investment projects;
•Managing the process of of new entities foundation (if needed);
•Develop and implement financial policies and processes for the group of the companies;
•Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel;
•Manage effective relationships with partners, banks and key vendors of the company;
•Collaboration with different departments (HR, Legal etc.) to ensure all the business process are effective and supported;
•Supervise all financial processes of the company, ensure prompt payment of all company-agreed expenditure;
•Other related tasks as deemed necessary by the business.

Requirements:

• Higher Economic or Finance Education;
• From 3 to 5 years of similar experience.

• The ability to clearly and timely perform assigned tasks and organize your work process;
• Attention to details, good self-organization;
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• The ability to multi-task and set the priorities.

Additional requirements:

• Experience in real estate in Cyprus will be an advantage;
• Good Ukrainian and English language skills;
• Excellent computer literacy;
•Good communication and managerial skills;
•The possibility of business trips to Cyprus.
