We are a company within a large holding and have assembled a team of experienced top managers from the largest gambling projects to launch a new project focused on the international market.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service, and we are looking for a Payment Fraud Manager who is responsible, attentive, and able to ensure high-quality standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


  • Experience in a finance or customer support department.
  • Experience with Western documents.
  • Good skills with CRM systems, Excel, and Google sheets.
  • Economic education would be a plus.


  • Client's verification and their documents.
  • Analysis of the customers' behavioral model for fraud.
  • Databases analytics of users' financial activity (work with payment apps, verification of balance authenticity).
  • Financial monitoring of the client and his operations.
  • Creation and processing of tickets.
  • Checking payment instruments for reality.
  • Interaction with the support department.
  • Providing suggestions for improving and optimizing business processes.
