We are expanding our Support team and looking for an experienced Community Manager for VIP players.

We want to see the Community Manager as an expert in support and assistance to VIP clients and as a specialist who can build warm relationships with them.

Tasks:

  • assistance to VIP users on various issues regarding the game and account: removing bans, analyzing complaints about other players' actions, processing negative feedback on game updates, issuing bonuses and promotional codes, engaging in campaign marketing;
  • returning to the game of users (who pay) who have not been online for a long time;
  • getting in contact with the audience — discussing upcoming updates on behalf of the company, warming up interest in the game;
  • collecting the player's needs and wishes, as well as systematizing the information;
  • drawing up scripts and regulations for communication with VIP players.

What is important to us from you:

  • infinite calmness, patience, and benevolence — without these qualities it will be extremely difficult in this position;
  • experience with VIP clients or players;
  • experience with support tools
  • structured, understandable, and impeccably literate written speech;
  • the ability to build long-term relationships with the audience;
  • the ability to be online from 12:00 to 24:00 GMT+2;

*will be a big plus if you are interested in working out new directions and setting up processes because, in the future, it is planned to create a VIP support department under this position.
