As a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professional (Mainly mobile apps and Web) at Trackimo, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing efficient processes, and ensuring the quality of our products/services through developing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, meticulous testing, and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

- Collaborate with product managers to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.

Quality Assurance:

- Create and execute comprehensive test suits and test cases to ensure the quality of software applications and products.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and ensure product reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and verify bug fixes.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Generate reports on testing results and defects, providing clear documentation for issue tracking and resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of business requirements, processes, and test cases.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Act as a liaison between product managers and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professional.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and testing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in hardware testing is a plus.
- At least C1 level of English

Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with client representatives - Product Owner / End Users
- Write user stories and define acceptance criteria together with the business stakeholders
- Documenting data flows/models and creating source/target data mappings
- Eliciting, elaborating, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements based on business requirements
- Keep in constant contact with the team of developers to clarify the requirements and the best way to implement them
- Data discrepancy investigation
- Support product testing and analyze the reported issues and identify bugs, issues, and change requests

Mandatory Skills Description:
- At least 5+ years of proven experience in a BA/FA position
- Understanding SDLC and Agile software development methodology in particular
- Analytical mindset
- Understanding and practical experience with different ways of formulating requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English: C1 Advanced
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently
- Good Excel/Word/JIRA/Confluence knowledge
- Experience in analysis and documenting of data flows, integration of different systems
- creating UI mockups for the features in any tools - Balsamiq, Figma etc.
- Basic SQL skills

Основні завдання:
- Проведення зустрічей з клієнтами (по старту проєкта; по навчанню працівників клієнта роботі з мобільним додатком та порталом effie. Проміжні зустрічі по проєкту для синхронізації по термінам та вирішенню поточних питань);
- Визначення бізнес потреб клієнта, налаштування системи effie з урахуванням цих потреб та існуючої функціональності;
- Опис завдань у JIRA по створенню кастомних аналітичних дашбордів у Power BI або нової функціональності;
- Підготовка специфікацій необхідних даних для проєкту/карти інтеграції для автоматичного обміну даними;
- Перевірка повноти та якості даних поданих клієнтом, для налаштування системи/отриманих даних за допомогою автоматичного обміну даними;
- Перевірка даних після налаштування схеми клієнта;
- Контроль дисципліни клієнта по роботі з додатком та порталом effie;
- Фіксація даних про налаштування проєкту в Confluence.

We are seeking a Middle Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

You will be working with Israeli and American startups in the fields of SaaS for Marketing, and further - with an established E-commerce product. Long-term position.

As Pay’s Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for defining business intelligence requirements for individual subject areas; You will design, develop, build, and test reporting for external & internal stakeholders.
