Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, company leadership, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with company goals.
✅ Oversee and manage various marketing projects and campaigns, including lead generation, digital marketing, event marketing, partner marketing, and product marketing.
✅ Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
✅ Hire, train, and manage a diverse marketing team, including lead generation specialists, content creators, and digital marketers, including freelancers and agencies
✅ Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI for all marketing activities.
✅ Develop and maintain comprehensive ROI reporting, including regular updates to company leadership on the performance of marketing initiatives.
✅ Drive the continuous improvement of marketing processes and tactics through data-driven insights and industry best practices.
✅ Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, including PR agencies, influencers, and technology partners.
✅ Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
✅ Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on custom software development
✅ Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and tactics across various channels, including digital marketing, events, and outbound marketing.
✅ Strong leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams and driving collaboration across multiple departments.
✅ Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
✅ Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking and reporting on marketing ROI.
✅ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
✅ Experience managing and allocating marketing budgets efficiently.
✅ Familiarity with various marketing tools and technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
