Customer is one of the biggest enterprise contruction tools producer. They want to extend thier market with new functional and HW solutions.

As a skilled developer you will implement new and support existing of embedded system libraries, create integrated automatic hardware-in-the-loop testing systems to leverage production code quality.

You will work on software developement of industrial construction tools.

Requirements:
- C programming language
- Pro-active, team player, good soft skills
- Good programming experience with ARM Cortex-M based MCUs (STM32 preferable)
- Intermediate+ English level
- Experience with real-time operating systems/Multithreading
- Embedded interfaces knowledge (SPI, UART, CAN, I2C…)
- CI/CD: git, Jenkins
- Agile/SCRUM

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement new features
- Update/maintenance of existing embedded software
- Design, implement and unit/acceptance testing of embedded software in C
- Customer communication on daily basis

- BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Excellent Linux skills – must be totally comfortable as a user and developer

- Strong programming skills in C++11/17
- Strong understanding of multithreading, synchronization, and concurrent programming
- Knowledge of network protocols – transport and application
- Bonus points for any background with BLE, IoT, Embedded BSP

Responsibilities:
- Research and implement functional requirements using up-to-date technology and skills.
- Design the software architecture to support the requirements
- Review the software design and implementations
- Maintain the code clean, and modular for cross-platform architecture.
- Leading and coordinating a team of around 5 people
- Direct communication with product owners and other architects.
- Planning and estimation.

Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
— Proven experience as an Embedded Developer, with a track record of successful projects;
— Proficiency in Python, C, C++, and other relevant programming languages;
— Strong knowledge of embedded systems development, including hardware design, firmware development, and debugging;
— Experience with Raspberry Pi, ESP32, STM32, Nordic, and other embedded platforms;
— Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, and wireless protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Zigbee);
— Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming technical challenges;
— Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
— Upper-Intermediate English (be able to communicate with the client)

Preferred Qualifications:
— Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal programming;
— Knowledge of low-power design principles for battery-operated devices;
— Familiarity with PCB design and schematic capture tools;
— Previous experience in IoT development and sensor integration.
