- Proven working experience (2+ years) in technical writing of software documentation
- Able to understand complex information and communicate the information to people with diverse professional backgrounds

- Understanding of SEO concepts
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
- English - advanced

In this position, You are responsible for
- Researching, outlining, writing, and editing new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand product requirements
- Determining the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and writing and editing technical information accordingly
- Creating high quality, easy to understand material, print or online, that fulfills audience goals, including interactive tutorials, diagrams and video guides
- Evaluating current content and developing innovative approaches for improvement
