User agreement (public offer)

MEDIA TECH GLOBAL Limited Liability Company hereinafter referred to as the Copyright Holder, addresses this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) to any person (an indefinite circle of persons) who has expressed willingness to conclude a contract on the terms set out below (hereinafter referred to as the User).

  • The agreement is a contract of accession and regulates the legal relations of the Parties in accordance with Article 634 and paragraph 2 of Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the acceptance of the terms (acceptance) of which is the use of the site https://logincasino.work/en.

1. General provisions

1.1. In this document and the resulting or related relations of the Parties, the following terms and definitions apply:

Website is an automated information system available on the Internet at the address (including subdomains) https://logincasino.work/en.

A Service is a collection of a Website and Content hosted on it, to which Users are granted access using the Platform.

Platform – software and hardware of the Copyright Holder integrated with the Site.

The copyright holder is a limited liability company, "MEDIA TECH GLOBAL," which is the owner of the site https://logincasino.work/en and exclusive rights to the Platform.

  • A Site user is a person who views the pages of the Site and uses the services of the Site using an Internet browser.
  • Anonymous user — A site User who does not have Account information on the Site.
  •  A registered user is a Site User who has completed the registration procedure on the Site and has Account Information on the Site.
  •  Account information is data that includes login and password to log in to your Personal Account. The e-mail address specified by the Site User when registering on the Site is used as the login.
  • An applicant is a User who has passed the registration procedure on the Site in the appropriate status and has the intention to use, use or have used the functionality of the Site and/or the Service provided on its basis to post a Resume and/or search for a job for Vacancies presented on the Site.
  • Employer — A User who has passed the registration procedure on the Site in the appropriate status and has the intention to use, use or have used the functionality of the Site and/or the Service provided on its basis to post Vacancies and/or search for Job Seekers on behalf and/or in the interests of the employer.
  • The site database is a collection of CVs of Applicants and vacancies of Employers located on the Internet at the domain address https://logincasino.work/en.
  • Content — any information, including Resumes (CVs), Vacancies, as well as text, graphic, audiovisual and other results of intellectual activity and/or means of individualization included in them or posted separately, which can be accessed using the Service.
  • A personal account is a personal section of the Site to which the User gets full access after registration and/or authorization on the Site. In the Personal Account, the User gets access to editing and deleting personal and other data, vacancies, resumes, receiving and sending messages to other Registered Users, and other information.
  • Personal data — is data containing any information about the Site User (surname, first name, patronymic, gender, date of birth, address, marital status, citizenship, education, profession, job descriptions, e-mail address, phone number and any other information that the Site User specifies at his discretion).
  • Resume — information about the Applicant, his education, work experience, place of residence, salary expectations and other information posted by the Applicant in connection with the job search.
  • A vacancy is an advertisement about the search for an employee to fill a certain position or perform certain jobs placed by the Employer.
  • Moderation is the verification of Resumes or Vacancies by the Copyright Holder for compliance of the published information with the subject and the rules of the Site. Moderation for a Resume is 12 hours. Moderation for Vacancies is 24 hours.

1.2. Other terms and definitions not specified in clause 1.1 of the Agreement may be used in this Agreement. In this case, the interpretation of such a term is made in accordance with the text of the Agreement. In the absence of an unambiguous interpretation of the term or definition in the text of the Agreement, one should be guided by its interpretation, defined: first of all – by the mandatory documents specified in it, and second of all — by the legislation of Ukraine.

1.3. The use by Users of the Site and/or the Service provided on its basis in any way and in any form within the declared functionality and purpose creates a contract on the terms of this Agreement and the documents specified therein binding on the Parties. Thus the User agrees to this Agreement and assumes the rights and obligations specified therein related to the use of The Website, and also confirms that he agrees with the Mandatory Documents that are an integral part of this Agreement posted on the Website https://logincasino.work/en. Acceptance of this offer (Agreement) on conditions other than those specified in the Agreement, or acceptance under a condition, is not allowed.

1.4. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement and the Mandatory Documents specified therein or does not have the right to conclude a contract based on them, the User should immediately stop any use of the Site and/or the Service provided on its basis.

1.5. The Agreement (including any of its parts) and/or the Mandatory Documents specified therein may be changed by the Copyright Holder without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement and/or the Mandatory Documents specified therein shall enter into force from the moment of posting on the Copyright Holder's Website or bringing to the attention of the User in another convenient form unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement and/or the documents specified in it mandatory for the Parties.

1.6. A prerequisite for the conclusion of this Agreement is the full and unconditional acceptance and compliance by the User in the cases set out below with the requirements and provisions defined by Mandatory Documents, which include:

— Privacy Policy, which contains rules for the provision and use of personal information, including User's personal data, posted and/or available on the Internet at https://logincasino.work/en/privacy-policy

— Cookie Policy, which contains rules for the use of small fragments of data with service information about visiting the Copyright Holder's Website, which the server sends to the User's device, hosted and/or available on the Internet at https://logincasino.work/en/cookie policy.

 

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The site provides a range of services for the placement of Vacancies and Resumes promotes the establishment of contacts between Employers and Job Seekers.

2.2. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI, the User agrees to post his Personal Data when registering on the Website, as well as in Vacancies or Resumes necessary for effective employee search or employment, and expresses (provides) his consent to the Copyright Holder to exercise, with all specified in his Summary of personal data, the following actions: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, use, dissemination, blocking, destruction, search and presentation of information about the Applicant and other publicly available personal data of the Applicant on the basis of personal data and information specified in the Resume. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Website.

2.3. The User unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that the Personal Data posted by him on the Site in the Vacancy or Resume will be publicly available. The copyright holder is not responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and/or use by third parties.

2.4. The term for posting personal data of Vacancies and Resumes is unlimited and is determined independently by the subject of personal data (Registered User).

2.5. This Agreement cannot be understood as the establishment of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for in this agreement between the Site and the User.

2.6. The site in no way can be considered an enterprise is providing paid or gratuitous services for hiring staff.

2.7. The User is responsible for the content, reliability of the published information and the consequences of its placement.

 

3. Rights and obligations of the User

3.1. The User undertakes to:

3.1.1. Post complete, reliable and relevant information about yourself or the organization and, at the request of the Contractor, provide the necessary documents to confirm it;

3.1.2. When registering, use only your personal contact information (phone number, postal address, e-mail);

3.1.3. Do not use someone else's name and do not introduce yourself on behalf of another person or organization;

3.1.4. Do not use information about phones, postal addresses, e-mail addresses for purposes other than the thematic focus of the Site (job search and employees);

3.1.5. Do not modify or delete any site materials related to other persons or companies;

3.1.6. Not to make unauthorized entry into any components of the site;

3.1.7. Do not transfer your username and password to access password-protected sections of the site to other persons;

3.1.8. Do not use someone else's username and password to enter protected areas of the site;

3.1.9. Do not register multiple accounts;

3.1.10. Do not post information that violates the legislation of Ukraine and international legislation, as well as information containing profanity insults.

3.2. The User has the right to:

3.2.1. Post a Vacancy or Resume;

3.2.2. At any time, at its discretion, it can hide any or all of its Resumes posted on the Site in its Personal Account;

3.2.3. At any time, at your discretion, delete your Personal Account on the Site, including all data related to this Personal Account, by sending a request for deletion from the page https://logincasino.work/en/contacts;

4. Rights and obligations of the Copyright Holder

4.1. The copyright holder undertakes:

4.1.1. Provide Users with access to vacancies and resumes posted on the Site.

4.1.2. Provide Users with the opportunity to post vacancies and resumes on the Site.

4.1.3. Provide Users with the opportunity to hide a Vacancy or Resume at any time at their discretion.

4.1.4. Provide Users with the opportunity to respond to vacancies and resumes published on the Site.

4.1.5. Not to use or transfer to other persons the User's personal data for purposes other than the thematic focus of the Site (job search and employees).

4.2. The copyright holder has the right to:

4.2.1. In case of violation of the User's obligations, delete the User's information without notifying the latter.

4.2.2. Completely or partially delete from your server any information that, from the point of view of the Copyright Holder, is undesirable or violates this Agreement.

4.2.3. Restrict the User's access to the site in case of violation of this Agreement.

4.2.4. Make technical edits to the posted materials or delete them at its discretion without prior notice and explanation of the reasons.

4.3. The copyright holder is not a representative of either Applicants publishing resumes or Employers posting vacancies, therefore, does not bear any responsibility in the event of establishing any financial relations between them. Any agreements between Users are bilateral, and the Copyright Holder has nothing to do with them.

4.4. Under no circumstances shall the copyright holder be liable for damages, losses or expenses incurred in connection with the use of this Website or the inability to use it.

4.5. The Copyright Holder makes every possible effort to avoid unauthorized use of Users' personal information. However, the Copyright Holder is not responsible if the data leak occurred due to failures in hardware or software under the control of other persons or in case of interruptions in the operation of the site related to the damage of the site by other persons.

4.6. The copyright holder is not responsible for the consequences of penetration into the system of a user using someone else's login and access password.

4.7. The Copyright Holder does not guarantee to the User that the CV or Vacancy posted by him will be viewed by a certain number of visitors or at least one.

4.8. The Copyright Holder is not responsible for the information contained in the ads posted by Users.

4.9. The Copyright holder moderates the published Vacancies within 24 hours from the moment the Vacancy is created on the site, after which the Vacancy becomes available to the Users of the site.

4.10. The copyright holder moderates the published Resumes within 12 hours from the moment the Resume is compiled on the site, after which the Resume becomes available to Users of the site.

5. Ad Placement Rules

5.1. All ads must correspond to the thematic focus of the Site – work in the field of organizing and conducting gambling.

5.2. It is forbidden to place ads, the position or any other field of which is filled in when using CAPITAL LETTERS (except abbreviations).

5.3. It is forbidden to indicate salary, contact details and other inappropriate information in the title of the ad (job title).

5.4. It is forbidden to place an ad in an inappropriate category (city), as well as duplicate ads for several categories or localities located near the place of work.

5.5. Duplicate ads are deleted (a duplicate is an ad that matches another ad by title, the actual place of work).

5.6. It is forbidden to place identical ads.

5.7. It is prohibited to place ads that violate the current legislation of Ukraine and international legislation.

5.8. The User guarantees the existence of legal grounds in the case of the use of a brand name, commercial designation, name or image of a trademark in the ad. It is prohibited to place information in an ad that violates the rights of third parties.

5.9. Requirements for the registration of a Vacancy:

5.9.1. One Vacancy must contain information about only one position offered by the Employer (it is not allowed to list several positions in the title of one vacancy announcement);

5.9.2. Each Vacancy should be placed in the thematic section of the rubricator;

5.9.3. The text of the Vacancy must be written in Ukrainian and can be duplicated into other languages;

5.9.4. The title of the Vacancy must contain the title of the position in the singular, nominative case;

5.9.5. The employer's contacts must be specified in special fields;

5.9.6. placement of vacancies is prohibited:

5.9.6.1. Not being a job offer;

5.9.6.2. Containing deliberately false information;

5.9.6.3. Containing obscene expressions;

5.9.6.4. Offering to make a call to a paid telephone line or go to a website for a subsequent appointment for an interview;

5.9.6.5. Offering to send SMS to a short number;

5.9.6.6. Offering to send copies of identity documents in advance;

5.9.6.7. Requiring the deposit of funds in favour of the Employer.

5.9.6.8. Containing advertising of goods, services or websites in any form;

5.9.6.9. In the title of which the words "urgently required," "invited to work," question or exclamation marks, as well as other symbols (for example, "asterisks" - ***), are used.

5.9.7. The number of vacancies posted for each employer depends on the selected package of services by the employer.

5.9.8. The date of the Vacancy can be updated to raise the ad in the search results, depending on the selected package of services by the employer.

5.9.9. The Copyright Holder reserves the right to refuse to post information on the Site.

5.10. Requirements for the registration of a Vacancy:

5.10.1. One Resume should contain information about only one position for which the Applicant is applying (it is not allowed to list several positions in the title of one Resume);

5.10.2. Each Vacancy should be placed in the thematic section of the rubricator;

5.10.3. The text of the Vacancy must be written in Ukrainian and can be duplicated into other languages;

5.10.4. The title of the resume should contain the title of the position in the singular, nominative case;

5.10.5. The employer's contacts must be specified in special fields;

5.10.6. placement of vacancies is prohibited:

5.10.6.1. Not being such;

5.10.6.2. Containing deliberately false information;

5.10.6.3. Containing obscene expressions;

5.10.6.4. Containing advertising of goods, services or websites in any form;

5.10.6.5. In the title of which the words "urgently required," "invited to work," question or exclamation marks, as well as other symbols (for example, "asterisks" - ***), are used.

5.10.7. It is allowed to post up to 5 resumes for each applicant from one account. 5.10.8. The resume data can be updated to raise the ad in the search results no more than once a day.

5.10.9. The Copyright Holder reserves the right to refuse to post information on the Site.

6. Use of Site materials

6.1. Each Registered User is responsible for the information posted on his behalf and for the consequences of this posting.

6.2. It is not allowed to use scripts, robots and other software tools for reading, copying, posting information on the Site.

6.3. Since the identification of Users is difficult for technical reasons, the Copyright Holder is not responsible for the fact that Registered Users are really the people they pretend to be and is not responsible for possible damage caused to Employers, Job Seekers or other persons for this reason.

6.4. By posting his personal data on the Copyright Holder's Website, the User is aware of and accepts all possible risks associated with the possible use of his personal data by a wide range of Users of the Copyright Holder's Website.

6.5. If the Site User saves the Applicant's Resume in his own database outside the Site, then the Site User himself is responsible for this.

6.6. By using the Site in any way, you accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you should immediately stop using the Site.

6.7. The logo, name, design elements, decoration and general appearance, are the property of the Contractor, and their copying and other use are prohibited.

7. Final provisions

7.1. This Agreement is valid from the moment of its acceptance by the User.

7.2. The Copyright Holder has the right to amend this Agreement at any time at its discretion and without prior agreement with the User. In this case, changes and additions come into force from the moment they are published on the Website.

7.3. The User's use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement means the User's consent to such changes.

7.4. The User undertakes to stop using the Site if he does not agree to comply with this Agreement.

7.5. The Copyright Holder has the right at any time, including in case of violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement, to terminate this Agreement unilaterally without any prior notice to the User about it. In case of termination of this Agreement, the Copyright Holder deletes the User's Account Information together with the materials associated with it.

7.6. This Agreement, the procedure for its conclusion and execution, as well as issues not regulated by this Agreement, are regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.

7.7. All disputes under the Agreement or in connection with it are subject to consideration in court at the location of the Copyright Holder in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

7.8. The current version of this Agreement is posted on the Copyright Holder's Website and is available on the Internet at https://logincasino.work/en.

 

The current version of the Policy is dated June 23, 2021.
