1+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in tech blogging or journalism
B2-C1 level of English

Develop creative copy and effective marketing materials, including blog articles, research papers, scripts for video explainers, etc.

Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help plan and implement inbound marketing campaigns aimed at demand generation, website traffic growth, lead generation

-Create and maintain technical documentation for our ERP system, including user manuals, online help, diagrams, and other technical documentation.
-Work with development and service desk teams to ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
-Work with the product management team to create product requirement documents and use cases.
-Participate in documentation review sessions and provide feedback to developers on areas that require further clarification.
-Ensure all documentation meets company standards for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
-Collaborate with and educate other teams to develop documentation that is consistent with the company's brand and tone.
