-1 + years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
-Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
-Willing to challenge and improve existing processes and practices
-Capable of communicating to technical and non-technical staff
-Analytical skills and attention to detail
-Proven experience in eliciting requirements
-Capable of drafting functional / business / system specifications
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations
-Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
-At least upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
