PPC Manager, Media Buyer (Google, Middle, Senior)

In general, your responsibilities will include: PPC marketing strategy development and implementation; Prepare the plan of conversion campaigns within the budget and KPIs and implement them; Monitor costs and return on investment (ROMI); Analysis of a market and strategies of competitors; Ownership of functioning PPC flows to maintain and improve results (monitor and respond to conversion rate); Optimizing existing flows to improve results and conversion; Communication with the development department for the automation process; Creating a weekly report of PPC flows performances (making inferences to improve future performance); Creating new promo templates (landings, banners); Making A/B testing on an ongoing basis; Assist in the research and implementation of new media strategies.
Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant working experience; Strong analytical skills; Result-oriented, hard-working with high ambitions and leadership skills; Structured thinking and ability to make data-driven business decisions; Strong communication and writing skills, ability to convince opponents of the truth of one’s judgments; At least Upper-Intermediate English, both oral and written. As a plus (but not necessary) Experience with dating/betting/casino/forex platform; Advanced Excel (Google Spreadsheets) expertise.
