Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. Consulting with line management. Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, building morale and increase productivity and retention. Providing HR policy guidance. Evaluating training programs. Suggesting new HR strategies.
Implementing training and development plans. Planning quarterly and annual performance review sessions. Informing employees about additional benefits they are eligible for (e.g., extra vacation days). Updating employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status. Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records. Forecasting hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly. Developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization. Processing employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner. Staying up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
