Skills

Responsibilities

Maintain the content of our website;
Write content for AppExchange products: app descriptions, user guides, release notes, onboarding messages, etc;
Create content plans for the company;
Collaborate on PR material creation with Salesforce, rating sites and media to spread the word about Noltic;
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of different content;
Any other content-related or marketing-related work on the company;

The Connectivity team is seeking a technical writer for the Data Connectivity product line. This role will consist of writing articles and press releases, writing documentation, researching technical issues, creating and optimizing content for the site.

Responsibilities

- Describe the current processes of working with the product
- Systematize and structure product documentation
- Describe existing and new product features
- Write articles and press releases
- Explore the technical challenges involved in creating content
- Creation of content for the site (including video content)
- Optimization of site content according to SEO and marketing requirements
- Explore the new product features you need to create content without the help of technical experts
- Work with the bug tracking system according to team standards

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a technical writer
- Advanced level of English
- Ability to write, edit and proofread various types of texts
- Understand the principles of intercultural communication in English-speaking countries, Europe and Ukraine
- Ability to deal with unfamiliar databases, operating systems and other new technologies
- The ability to analyze information from many sources and transform it into a single whole
- Working knowledge of stylistic standards for describing software functions and user interfaces
- Good interviewing skills to gather information about current work processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and feedback skills
